Mitsubishi WD-73738 73-Inch 3D DLP HDTV
I bought this placed to interchange a Mistu 65 inch DLP because it was non-3D. This television has a summit pass picture, fantabulous 3D capability, and a fantastic price.
The upside of DLP is an splendid picture, relatively slim size for a rearward projection, and a lightweight design. (the 73 inch placed1 weighs less than my 2 40 inch plasmas) The downside is that it requires a projecter lamp modify when the bulb wears away at a cost of most $100. My previous placed8 was four years old and I never received to interchange0 the lamp. They lastly from 3000 to 10,000 hours of use.
After the firmware update on these televisions (they will either arrived that fashion young from the factory or could exist updated by pluggin an internet cable into the back of the set) they may be utilised with DLP Link mode glasses and requires no emittor.
My entirely issue is that for some reason, with the settings on “DLP Link” the television will not transport away the 3D Mitsubishi WD-73738 signal at each use. Every time you bike the TV die and then away back and want to employment the 3D mode, I get to vociferation up the menu, de-select “DLP LINK” and select “Emittor”, then switch back to “DLP Link” again to have it to output the signal. I think that is a software issue that I hope will exist corrected at the next update.
